The Academy of Country Music Awards are back and better than ever with an all-star lineup of performers, nominees and presenters! Fans and artists alike are eagerly awaiting who will take home each award, especially the coveted Artist of the Year award.

The 59th ACM Awards will see Reba McEntire return as host live from the Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas for the 17th time. “I’m thrilled to be hosting the ACM Awards for the 17th time!” Reba McEntire exclaimed, “What an honor to be a part of the past, present, and now future of the Academy of Country Music with Amazon Prime Video. I can’t wait to come to Texas and see everyone on May 16!” McEntire will be the sole host of the show in 2024, but she will have plenty of help from legendary presenters including Little Big Town and Randy Travis.

If you’re as excited as we are for country music’s biggest party of the year, you don’t want to miss this event: here’s how to watch the 2024 ACM Awards!

How to watch and stream the 2024 ACM Awards

The show is exclusive to Prime Video, so don’t expect to find it on cable. Tune in to Prime Video on Thursday, May 16 to watch the ACM Awards live. Here’s the good news: whether you’re a Prime member or not, it’s free to stream live. The festivities will begin on Prime at 8 p.m. ET and 5 p.m. PT.

If you’re wondering “Can I watch the ACM Awards later?” or you are reading this after May 16, there is also an option for you. The full ACM Awards broadcast will be available to stream on Prime Video immediately after the event. Fans will also be able to stream the show for free on Amazon Freevee starting next evening.

Who will perform at the ACM Awards?

The ACM Awards are known for their stellar line-up of performers every year, and this year is no exception. In April, the Academy announced its initial lineup of performers, which includes Jason Aldean, Kane Brown, Jelly Roll, Cody Johnson, Miranda Lambert, Thomas Rhett, Chris Stapleton and Lainey Wilson. Reba McEntire will also take the stage to perform a brand new song!

In the week leading up to the show, the ACM announced even more performers. Post Malone, who collaborated with Morgan Wallen on his new song “I Had Some Help,” will perform on the ACM stage for the first time ever. Kelsea Ballerini and Noah Kahan will perform a duet on stage, as well as Nate Smith and Avril Lavigne, nominated for the New Male Artist of the Year award. Husband and wife Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani will also perform as a duet (they already have some practice at this). Finally, Parker McCollum rounds out the 2024 ACM performer lineup.
