How to unlock JAK Patriot in MW3 and Warzone
Complete at least five challenges in Week 7 of Season 3 to unlock JAK Patriot. Each main mode this year has seven challenges to complete each week, which includes War zoneZombies and Modern Warfare 3 Multiplayer mode. This brings the total challenge pool to 21. There’s plenty of room to choose the tasks that are easiest for you, as only five are needed and they can be split across all modes.
Most weeks I like to take part in multiplayer challenges as this is the mode I spend the most time in. In the case of JAK Patriot, the multiplayer challenges are quite simple, so you’ll probably get through it quickly with five players. Only finishing moves and mounted kills seem to cause a slight headache. But if you play in a mode like Arcade or Moshpit 10v10, you have plenty of chances to complete the challenges.

Once Season 3 ends, JAK Patriot will head to the Unlock Armory where you’ll have to complete daily challenges while tracking to unlock it.
How to use JAK Patriot in Warzone and MW3
Once you have unlocked the JAK Patriot, create a class with the M16 assault rifle and place the Patriot in the conversion slot. Any weapon with conversion slots will be displayed in the lower right corner of the Gunsmith screen. You can even find closed sets there, such as JAK Guardians.
As for how this kit works, it will turn your M16 into a fully automatic assault rifle. It loses some damage, but gains great accuracy and fire rate. Try it out in a few random matches.
